There seems to be a lot of emotional turbulence in many peoples lives at the moment, and I am receiving many mails about unexpected events happening ,totally out of the blue, which are turning lives upside down.
In these times, it is important to make decisions based on Love and not based on Fear ! Go within and listen to the voice of your heart ! Always remember that you have an amazing inner strength and no matter what curve ball life throws at you , you WILL cope !
The ancient spiritual teachings say " this too shall Pass " , so remember this in times of need. Soon the sunshine will once more shine in your life!
Also it is important to remember it in great times as well, because great moments will also pass away, so we really appreciate and enjoy them fully !
