Time and time again I meet people who say .." I wish I had the courage to do what you did and to follow your heart.."
My reply is always one .." Why do you NOT follow your heart?"
Why spend a lifetime doing something which is not what you really want to do?
We all know the tale of the man who put all his effort into climbing the ladder of life...only to realise it was leaning against the wrong wall and once at the top it was not the view he wanted to see!
We have to question - which wall is my ladder leaning against and is it the wall of my choosing?
If its not the wall you want to climb, then no matter how far you are up the ladder- the view from the top will not fulfill you!
We all take actions every day of our life...but rarely do we stop and think whether these actions are aligned with our deep desires and passions!
Be authentic...really listen to your heart and listen to what it says to you .
How do you really want to live this life?
Are the daily actions and activities in line with this desire?
It does take courage to follow your heart ...and it begins with the first step !
