I was meditating at 6am this morning - in the peace of nature....Later today I was reflecting on the feeling and wondering how one can describe with words, something which has to be experienced to really understand it.
When you sit quietly and feel yourself merging into your heart space- the feeling is beyond words..so what is the need to try to explain it?
Excessive noise is around us at all time,and for many of us,as soon as we return home we once more get bombarded with TV/Internet/music chatter etc....
We are moving away from our centres of harmony and balance and polluting our senses with excessive stimulation. It is important to have quiet time , time to go within and to re-connect again with our inner peace.
Take time out each day to reconnect and soon you will once more be in balance and harmony
