I am always amused when I hear / see or read of motivational teachers/coaches/ guides ( any name is Ok )
The have perfected certain mannerisms / certain styles of speaking / even certain styles of walking and dressing.
These styles are perfected over and over and with a lot of energy / time and effort .
They speak with great enthusiasm/ energy and passion about walking the talk....
But where is the Authenticity?
Where is the Wisdom?
To be authentic, you are happy in your own skin. You are happy to talk from the depths of your own wisdom, something which comes from within and does not need hours of rehersing.
You are happy to talk in your own style and in your own way and from your heart .
To be authentic , you do not need motivating or motivational tools....you do not need to shake your hands around on stage for drama and pause for effect .
You do not need stage managing...You need SELF managing- just be you!
Wisdom is from within !
Wisdom is complete!
The truly authentic are still the same when the spotlight goes out, the audience leave and they are alone.
Their whole life is their performance, not just the hour on stage .
Become the wisdom by being authentic.
