After 17 years in senior corporate roles both in the UK and Asia, Sally decided that the time was right for her to expand and enhance her life. She left her corporate career and worked tirelessly to open an Orphanage in Thailand, which is now fully operational.  During this time, Sally also embarked on a journey of personal discovery and growth, which took her around the world to learn from various experts in different fields. Her life-passion is to support individuals to achieve balance and harmony in their lives on a physical, mental and emotional level. She inspires clients to take responsibility for creating a life full of happiness, health and healing. Sally is to co-founder and managing director of SoulCentre Academy often recognized as Asia's Premier Centre for Personal Development. Sally believes that our inner environment (our thoughts) and our external environment (our homes and offices) play a key role in our health and wellbeing.

She teaches that all unhappiness and is ease begins at the level of thoughts in our mind and if we are happy and content with life, then health and emotional stability will result. If however there is unhappiness or negative thinking in our daily life, then the body becomes dis-eased too.

Sally is a medical pharmacist and has an MBA. Sally is an author and a regular contributor to numerous international publications worldwide.

SoulCentre, started by Sally Forrest and Vikas Malkani in Singapore offers a variety of training courses and one on one guidance in essential life skills that people need to enjoy happiness, success and love in their lives. Teachers certified by SoulCentre share the wisdom around the world. 

Sally also co-created the transformational children's program, SoulKids®, which gives children the skills needed to grow into confident, happy, self aware adults.
